periTUNNEL – Easily extend Ethernet
With periTUNNEL, Perinet brings Ethernet to places where it was previously impossible. The compact plug-and-play solution uses existing 2- or 4-wire cables and enables data rates of up to 100 Mbit/s over distances of up to 800 meters. Thanks to RJ45 connectors, USB-C power supply, and automatic bandwidth detection, periTUNNEL works immediately – without complicated configuration.
Typical areas of application include building automation, remote meter reading, and the networking of remote devices in residential complexes, agricultural infrastructure, or industrial facilities. The robust design (aluminum housing, operating temperature –40 to +85 °C) ensures reliable operation even under harsh conditions.
This makes network connectivity simple, fast, and future-proof.
