No special passes are required for set-up and dismantling.

Legitimization for set-up and dismantling times is carried out through the stand allocation.

You can download your free exhibitor passes via the online ordering system. The passes must be personalised while doing so.

Exhibitors will receive free passes as follows:

• Up to 12 m² 2 passes
• From 13 m² to 20 m² 3 passes
• For each additional 10 m² 1 pass
• Up to a maximum of 20 passes

If you require additional passes, you can also purchase them for a fee from August 8, 2025 via the online ordering system.

These must also be personalized.

In order to enable you to access the event quickly, we ask you to retrieve the passes before you arrive at the event site and bring them with you in printed form.

No passes are required during the set-up and dismantling periods.

The personalized exhibitor passes also include free travel on the MDV public transport network for fare zone 110 for the duration of the event.

Visitors will be able to see that you are exhibiting even before they leave the car park and in the entrance area, they can see where your stand is located and find their way straight there. Increased visibility on the exhibition site can mean more leads.

By booking our attractive, attention-grabbing advertising spaces, you can draw visitors to your stand.

With the stand allocation you have received an individual promotion code for your company. You can use this code to invite your customers to visit the trade fair free of charge at no extra cost.

You will not be billed for the redeemed tickets after the trade fair, as they are already included in the communication fee.

Please inform the recipients of the promotional codes that they can only be redeemed online via the online ticket store at https://www.efa-on.de/tickets . These are free day tickets that only entitle the holder to access during regular opening hours for visitors. The ticket store opens on August 04, 2025.

Here , you can access the online ordering system to quickly and easily book our services. These include:

• Technical services such as installation of electricity/water

• Free client invitations (print or as a code)
• Exhibitor passes (free and for purchase)

Your username for your client account can be found in the stand allocation notification sent to you via email. If you no longer have your password from previous events or you are taking part in efa:ON for the first time, please request one directly via the "Forgot/request password" button on the online ordering system page.

NOTE: For technical reasons, the password will be sent to the company email address stated on your stand allocation.

After entering your password, you will be asked to change it. Please remember the new password for your further activities in the

online ordering system.

Please submit all technical orders and permit applications as soon as possible.

From four weeks before the start of the event (26.08.2025), a late booking surcharge of 15 % will be levied on selected services.

Caution with unofficial exhibitor directories

A digital product and exhibitor world including company profiles, product presentations, exhibitor directory and hall plan will be created for efa:ON. Leipziger Messe GmbH would like to point out that exhibitors are repeatedly contacted by unauthorized companies to ask them to update their data for an entry in trade fair media. However, these entries are not free of charge, as the offer suggests, but can actually cost several thousand euros.

Leipziger Messe GmbH has commissioned the following publishing house to create the digital product and exhibitor world, including company profiles, product presentations, the exhibitor directory and the hall plan:

• September 19 to 22, 2025, 07:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Stand breakdown:

• September 25, 2025, 5:00 p.m. until September 26, 2025, 10:00 p.m.
• September 27, 2025, 07:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

On the last day of the event, the exhibition grounds will be cleared for the entry of transport vehicles (including cars) for stand dismantling, probably from 18:30 via the South 1 access road.

Please note: you do not require a pass for construction and breakdown.

The stand construction registration and the registration of technical permits and exhibits with special hazards have been replaced by a semi-automated procedure for approving your planned exhibition stand. This offers you the opportunity to submit the necessary information about your planned exhibition stand conveniently and with little effort. You will then be informed of the requirements associated with safe operation.

You will receive a corresponding e-mail from our event technology department with a link to a separate questions page and a password. After you have registered for the first time with this one-time password, we recommend that you set up a personalized password so that you can save data temporarily and continue working later. Please complete the entries promptly.

The checks to be carried out as part of operator responsibility during the set-up, dismantling and implementation phases with regard to compliance with the technical guidelines and relevant laws, ordinances and regulations remain an important part of the safe operation of the venue.

We would like to point out that WIFI traffic remains just as unpredictable as on our highways - it depends on the number of users as well as on stand construction in the halls, neither of which can be influenced at trade fairs. If you are dependent on your stand or exhibits being supplied with a guaranteed bandwidth, wired access to the data network is still the best option.
